Why this room

This is not another course. It is a room.

Most owners eventually outgrow the rooms they're in. They become the most experienced person in the circle, and the conversation stops sharpening them. Vantage exists to fix the quality of the room — the people, the standard, the level of conversation.

  1. 01

    Peers, not an audience

A working session, not a keynote. The value is the operators sitting beside you — people carrying payroll, teams and customers of their own.

  2. 02

    Your business on the table

You bring the real thing you're wrestling with. It gets run through the framework in the room, with the facilitators present.

  3. 03

    Relationships built over two days

The workshop starts the conversation. Dinner, the course and the after-hours are where it becomes a relationship worth keeping.

One weekend, three movements

The Vantage Weekend isa single arc.

October 8–9 is built as one continuous experience: the leader first, then the room, then the relationships that outlast the weekend.

  1. Day One

    Build the leader

    9:00 AM – 3:00 PM · Thursday, October 8Fireside, Papillion, NE

Identity, standards, leadership and business execution — taught through The Law of Image. A working session, not a lecture: you bring your business and we work on it in the room.

    Day One in detail
  2. Evening

    Build the room

    VIP After-Hours, 3:00 – 5:00 PMThe Fireside Banquet Room

The conversations that matter rarely happen on the clock. VIP After-Hours keeps the room together with an open bar — and Founding Circle members continue into a private Founders Dinner.

    The Founders Dinner
  3. Day Two

    Build the relationships

Shotgun start, 1:00 PMTregaron Golf Course, Bellevue, NE

Business & Birdies: eighteen holes, 100 players · 25 teams, dinner and awards — plus designated hole-in-one contest holes. More than $1 million in potential hole-in-one prize opportunities. A portion of proceeds will be donated to The Josh Place.

    Day Two in detail

Potential prizes are available on designated contest holes and are subject to official contest rules, eligibility requirements, verification, insurer terms and applicable law.

Who belongs here

Built for ownersalready carrying weight.

This weekend is deliberately qualifying. It's designed for founders and leaders who are done playing small — not for people looking for a first step.

This is for you if

  • You already operate — there is a business, a team, and a payroll behind your decisions.
  • You want strategy attached to identity, not another tactic stack.
  • You'd rather work on your business in a room of peers than watch a presentation.
  • You value the relationships a weekend like this creates as much as the content.
  • You're comfortable putting a real problem on the table in front of other owners.

Probably not for you if

  • You're looking for beginner-level business education.
  • You want a passive conference experience with no participation.
  • You're looking for a guaranteed outcome rather than a better standard of thinking.

The doctrine behind day one

Two copies of the book Image Nation: The Law of Image by Rudy Perez Jr.

Who you are internally influences what you consistently produce externally.

When the image stays the same, the patterns tend to stay the same. The self-image you carry shapes your standards, your beliefs, your expectations — and the decisions and behaviour that follow from them. Most people try to fix outcomes without ever looking at the identity behind them. They adjust habits, chase goals, force discipline, and wonder why little of it holds.

Image Nation confronts that pattern directly. Rudy wrote it because he lived it — broke, directionless, and running on an identity he never chose. When he began working on his self-concept rather than only on his effort, his standards and his execution changed with it. The system in those pages is what he built from that realization, through failure, correction, faith and repetition.

This is the framework we teach from on October 8. The Business Mastery Workshop is the working session — you bring your business, we run it through The Law of Image, and you leave with the identity work and the strategy attached to each other.

Corey Landrie, event host

Corey Landrie

President, Largest Cleaning Franchise Network in the World

Reporting directly to the ownership group, Corey oversaw operations across 4 states and 350+ franchisees representing roughly $30M in system-wide revenue. His role: building the financial projections every new franchisee was held to, reconciling those projections against actuals location by location, and personally training and onboarding every new owner into the system.

The financial discipline, KPI tracking, and owner-onboarding structure in this course come directly from that seat — he's seen what separates a franchisee who scales from one who quietly fails, across hundreds of real P&Ls, not just one company.
